NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that that the City of Motley Planning Commission will convene for their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, November 17th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Motley City Hall, 316 US Highway 10 South, Motley, to conduct the following public hearing:
- Rezone application RZ-25-13 to classify the property located at 132 1st Ave South from “Downtown Mixed Use” to “Industrial.” Property Identification Numbers: 410200000, 410201000, 410202000, 410204000, 41020500, 410206000, 410207000, 410208000, 410209000, 410210000, 410094001, 410236000, 410237000, 410238001, 410239000, 410240000, 41024100. Property owner: Daniel P & Isabella L Druk. Applicant: Starlight Cannabis LLC – Lyle Gillson.
